"It is respectfully prayed that the instant Manifestation with Urgent Motion be resolved urgently, and that the Honorable Court issue and Order directing the proper officer of the National Bureau of Investigation Detention Center to immediately transfer the accused (Navarro), from the National Bureau of Investigation Detention Center to Taguig City Jail,"
Matatandaan na nagfile si Vhong ng Motion for Reconsideration ngunit dineny ito ng Court of Appeals.
Maalala din na humarap kamakailan lang ang asawa ni Vhong Navarro sa media at sinabi nito na natakot raw siya sa kaligtasan ng kanyang asawa kung mailipat ito sa Taguig City Jail.
