Ibinahagi ng Head ng Star Magic na si Lauren Dyogi ang kanyang pangarap na gawing International Talent Agency ang Star Magic sa panayam ni Ricky Lo ng Philippine Star sa kanya.
Ayon Kay Dyogi: "What I can bring to the table is the ability to unite TV production and talent development and be more efficient in our process, especially during these challenging times.
“I also would like to expand the division, be more aggressive in content creation and digital production.”
“My dream is also to build Star Magic as an international talent agenvy servicing international productions.”
Dagdag pa ni Dyogi, tutulungan raw niya ang mga artista sa ilalim ng Star Magic na magpalit ng ibat-ibang role gaya ng pagiging producer, writer at maging isang direktor.
“I am committed to the work. To help them fulfill their dreams and attain their fullest potential as artists, industry players, good citizens and human beings.
“We will also assist in transitioning some artists to different roles in content creation. Some may become producers, writers, o even directors.
“Most importantly, I am very happy that the majority of the original talent managers and handlers of Star Magic are still around to help me,”
