Kinompleto na ni Ellen Adarna ang kanyang mental health training sa Bali, Indonesia nito lamang November 27 sa pamamagitan ng paglakad ng 26 hours nang walang tulog o 155 na kilometro.

Nang tanungin siya ng isang netizen kung paano niya nilakad ang 26 hours na walang tulog. 

Sagot ni Ellen: “Yes I did not sleep but I ate and I took breaks. Maybe every 30 minutes I would  take 5 to 10-minute breaks. It depends on my condition, but no sleep.”

Ayon pa ni Ellen ang nasabing exercise ay para i-streghthen ang kanyang will at courage. “I need that in my life. You have to exercise that muscle and also I kept my word to finish what I started,”

Dagdag pa ni Ellen: “That I can talk to myself for 26 hours, that was the longest time that I have talked to myself straight, 26 hours dealing with myself, talking to myself, I never imagined I could do that,”
